ก่อนอื่นต้องดูทิศทาง ของ พ.ร.บ. การแพทย์ฉุกเฉินด้วยว่า มีการกำหนดหมายเลขกลางที่เป็น สาม ตัวอย่างไร  เพื่อให้เป็นมาตรฐาน ทั่วประเทศ บวกกับมีการประชาสัมพันธ์ที่ดี ด้วย สำหรับ กรุงเทพฯ การพัฒนาระบบ นี้ ใช้ 199 ก็ น่า เป็นการดี นะครับ เป็นการนำร่อง  ไปก่อน นะครับ เพราะถ้าเปรียบเทียบ นา นา ประเทศแล้ว มีหมายเลยเดียว ที่ใช้แจ้ง  ด้านตำรวจ  ด่านการแพทย์ฉุกเฉิน ด้าน ดับเพลิงและกู้ภัย
ถ้ากฏหมาย ประกาศใช้ก็ ว่ากันไปในทิศทาง เดียวกัน เพราะหมาย เลย 1646 นี่ไม่ใช้หมายเลยฟรี ครับ เป็นหมายเลขผู้โทร. เข้า เสียตังครับ คือโทร.เข้าหมายเลขนี้ ก็เสียตัง ตาม ระยะหรือโปร.ของโทร.นั้นๆ นะครับ ไม่เหมือน 1669 ครับ

เห็นด้วยเป็นอย่างยิ่งกับทาง pattarit_emtb  นะครับ ที่การใช้บริการ หมายเลขฟรีเล่านี้อย่างไม่คุ้มค้า ทำให้เกิดการ ใช้อย่างไม่มีคุณค้า เพราะการขาดความรู้หรือความไม่เข้าใจ หรือว่า ขาดมาตรการ ในการ ประชาสัมพันธ์ และการลงโทษ หรือเปล่า ต่างๆ เหล่านี้ ย่อมเป็นผลให้คนไทยตามใจฉันคือไทยแท้ ก็ยังมีอยู่  และปัจจุบัน หมายเลขด่วยต่างเหล่านี้มากมายเหลือเกิน นะครับ
